well capricorns wouldn't spend time fighting in the first place...but if they do, it'll be all planned out and capricorn is one sign that can shrug of the scorpion sting...so i think capricorn would win-but capricorn and scorpions are friendly signs so in the end it'll be a win win situation :)

I am not pertaining to administrative skill or management. The question does ask for an all out battle. Even verbally, Scorpio's word is like an Ak-47... he can shred you with blunt words that are probably not even in the dictionary yet.
Like the Scorpiomthey are extremely quick to sting unlike the Capricorns, who are slow and actually, not a fighter physically.

haha, well im a cap and i have this scorpio cousin, hes really an *** (until you get to know him), a bad boy type who gets into fights like every week just because someone stared at him wrong.
we always argue and get just a little bit physical at times, but i still love him. anyway.. I win verbally and what hes learned is that he can never psyche me out, and mere words dont scare capricorns. most often than not i win the confrontations, but the problem is he will not let go and still feels like he has unfinished business, so he has some witty remarks every now and then, or stirring me up again, and bring up these things in nthe past, i end up lecturing some sense out of him telling him to get over it. capricorns have seen much worst than scorpios, theyre normally cool headed on whatevers going on, but if things concerned about their family or their loved ones, trust me you dont want to see them angry, i dont even want to see me go that far, but theyre reasonable enough to know when to stop or its not worth the time anymore.
eventually caps will see the real emotions behind them, and they will use that to their advantage. i had fun doing this with him though, and it didnt really feel like a fight, feels like were just playing a never ending mind game.
havent seem him for 2 years now, im pretty sure he still wants payback heh, its really funny considering he was my best friend.

From personal experience Capricorn would win in a verbal fight SOMETIMES. But physically Scorpio would win hands down. No questions asked.
