i'm a scorpio girl and one of my childhood guy friends is a libra. last year when we started hanging around each other again, there was immense attraction. but i got turned off after a bit and backed off. and he must've sensed it and backed off too and now we're just really good friends. problem is, we get along great, but his on and off attitude pisses the hell out of me. libra = air sign which explains alot, he changes like the weather - really unpredictable! even the slightest things like setting up a time and place to meet, personally i would prefer if a few hours before our meeting time, we confirm a time/place so at least i would have a GOAL to head towards. but his style (and from what i noticed, my other libra guy friends' styles too) is more of a "we'll just get out of our houses and go anywhere we want and when i feel like meeting u i'll call you and you must make yourself available to meet me".
even when we were kids, he'd annoy me alot and i would kick his butt, and instead of quitting whatever he was doing to annoy me, he'd either jump on me and start wrestling with me or step really hard on my foot. even now, if i unawaringly get him angry, and when i apologise to him, he'd 'punish' me by stepping really hard on my foot. but he'd do it as if he were just playing. mind you, we're 21 and he's still so childish!!!
anyway one of my good friends (another scorpio girl) liked him before, and she too felt an immense attraction, he knew she felt it, but instead of reciprocrating it, he was bragging to the whole world about how he attracts so many girls when he doesn't have to do anything. doh!!!
well generally scorpios and libras are good as friends, but as lovers, i really don't know. that's up to you to find out :)

Libra and scorpio are a no go and the reason for that is because libra is flighty and flirtatious and they like to play the field where as scorpio is way too intense and possesive for airy libra and he might not appreciat that, but also you have t look at the ascendant in ur chart and other aspects to make that decision.
