Question: i was speaking with this phsycic* she was explaing to me how astrology has so much to do with personality, etc, etc... in that case is there an ideal time to concieve (looking for month or date) so that you achieve a child that will have a positive outlook, better traits, etc. ? just curious..

Astrology deals with the notion of reincarnation, karma. It is believed that the Sun sign which a child is born under brings a significant lesson to the parents' lives as a couple. E.g. If a child is born under the Sun sign of Aries, the parents have to learn to work with the lesson of more self-assertion, independence...
I think what this psychic was trying to say was that if you are well-versed with astrology, you could actually choose to either plan to produce a child with more harmonious, soft aspected energies flowing through the natal chart or to produce a child whose innate traits and chracteristics can blend better with the parents'.
In general, it would be presumed that Earth naturally goes better with other Earth or Water signs and Fire goes better with other fire or Air signs. So these qualities could be manifested within the child's personality so as to ensure a more smooth-sailing life or so that he/she could get along better with the parents.

So what you're looking to do is have a child under the "best" sign? All of the signs have good and bad qualities. Out of all the books I have read - they don't specifically tell you "this is the BEST sign" They are all good in their own way. For example, I have read that the strongest sign is Capricorn, they also have wonderful personalities. So if that interests you, you should try to get pregnant this month!! :) Do some research yourself and see what sign you like the most. :)
i really dont understand the question but if youre asking wether horoscopes are true then i personally think they are :)
You can work towards a particular type you prefer however, what you may think will be "better" may not be.
You may get an independent child that rebels young in life to prove this. You may get a sweet obedient child that turns out overly dependent. You may get a charismatic child whose free-spirit tries your patience.
Every sign has it's strengths. It's better to just understand the sign of your offspring and guide them using that strength.
If you're set on this, know that numerology and the entire birth chart has alot to do with it.
Honestly, positive outlook, good traits etc is usually based on your genes as well as your partner's genes. Nothing to do with Astrology.
