Question: I cant be sure about the GMT and UT time im my city for that moment as there were a lot of Local time changes in a period of 1981- 1982 years in Soviet Union that time. Lot's of serces shows +5 hours difference. But due to my research it should be +4. (GMT is N+D+L so 2+1+1) Is there anyone who can help me in this dilema?
And what would be my ascendent?
