I think they are really flirtatious with everyone and since they tend to dream a lot, will dream about you being their perfect match, to which they will become obsessed with for a point. My friend has a pisces male who is constantly after her and is just obsessed, and will constantly try and be at her side and help her with everything, although she has told him countless times that she just likes him as a friend. Also, I was with a pisces guy sort of a while back, and he was always willing to be around me and help me out with little things and stuff.. So, yeah, I'd say they try to be seductive. If they like you they want to get close to you, by seductive ways or not.
