If it's dark witchcraft, instant karma is going to kick the Capricorn up the ar§e three times more powerful than her spells are.
If it is good witchcraft and she gets her Aries ex husband back, then it was meant to be between the two of them. Because white magic has this tendency to only work if the person bewitched initially wants it too.

You can:
Use witchcraft/wicca to undermine her spells (very dangerous; I'd leave it to the experts if I were you).
Find a Catholic priest and have him rid you and your husband of all the evil spirits/energies.
Find a Wiccan expert and have them cleanse/safeguard your house against the evil energies.
Kick her @ss.
Tell your husband how you feel about this Capricorn woman and work together to rid yourselves of her.
Move somewhere far away, and she'll eventually move on.
