It can if other planet placements and aspects are influenced by Aires. Aires is ruled by Mars, look to the placement of Mars and how it sits in relation to your Sun and Ascendant.
Yes, you can have some Aries influence, being so close to it, even though the Sun isn't actually there. You probably are noticing that, yourself.

Not very (the opposite actually..ultra Pisces)Arian at all but not lost, desperate etc either. Nothing particular happened at age 28-29 either.. Around 29-30 is the Saturn return anyway.
But am only going with one chart/one person here.
I have never heard of the notion that a planet placed in the last degrees would take on characteristics of the following sign. Am not ruling this out though........I just have not observed it that is all.
