Lilith in Pisces in my 5th house.?!
Question: I've been reading a lot that says Lilith in the 5th house indicates sorrow through children as in miscarriages, deaths etc. Is this true? I'm Cancer with Scorpio rising.

First and foremost, Pisces on the 5th cusp has ease of expression and often indicates ESP abilities and intuition.
Dual sign also indicates changes and many relationships.
With all these water signs, their is no way that you cannot bear a child or 10 , for that matter.
As for children, you will get more than one child since Pisces is a dual sign and any dual signs on any house, always indicates multiples or more than one.
Now Lilith often denies children or give problems in having children AND NOT NECESSARILY BECAUSE OF YOU.
It can be someone that you love who may walk away from children or that he may be denied thru infertility. Always be careful what others say.
Now, you did not tell me where Jupiter or Neptune is placed or if it aspects the 5th house. Jupiter in good aspect guarantees children if well aspected or aspecting the 5th.
Now , depending on how good the ruler of this house is, it canindicate a sick childand that you will have to make sacrifices (Pisces).

I personally have a close friend with that placement. He doesn't have his lilith in Pisces, but he has his Lilith in the 5th house.

Lilith in Pisces deals with "emotions" not death and you might put misjudgment on your children or might be a little too critical on them. Trust me, this does NOT involve death.
