Could be. For communication you'd look to the sign on the third house cusp and planets in the third, and also to your Mercury placement, though. If Gemini is in your 4th, is Taurus then on the cusp of your 3rd? That would do it right there.
Are you a staunch patriotic?? Then that too would have to do with your 7th house having Mars sitting in capricorn. Nope, your fourth, sixth and seventh houses determine your time cycle. If anything, your personality is determined by your third and fifth houses. So be carefu on Saturday, you may get news which are not exactly of your weightage.
Sounds about right. Although moon in 4th would more likely indicate that you need your family to feel emotionally fulfilled. But moon in Gemini indicates an emotional need for communication.
Is your Uranus by any chance opposed to that moon? Anything else related to Aquarius or *in* Aquarius aspecting the moon?
The reason why I wonder about that, is because Aquarius and Uranus are generally associated with internet.
