I'd be willing to bet that your birthday is between October 15th and October 23rd. I'd also ask your mother if you were born just a little early. The fact that you would even ask a question like this (concerning astrology), also supports the theory that I'm about to outline for you.
Please look up Scorpio and compare it to the way you are. There is a possibility that you may not actually be a true Libra.
Libra and Cancer don't normally make it very well long-term because each is too weak to support the other emotionally. Cancer needs a much stronger sign because they are the weakest emotionally. Libra needs a stronger sign because Libra is just one step up from Cancer on the 'strength scale', and Libra needs strength to 'balance' them.

The Cancer/Scorpio connection is so profound, it causes a physical reaction. When a Cancer and Scorpio are in close proximity of one another (especially if they make eye contact, or skin contact), their body temperatures rise, and heartrate increases. Have you noticed it yet?
On a side note: Cancers are great cooks. It isn't so much that they love cooking, it's more that they love to 'experiment' with food. They usually come up with some crazy combinations, that surprisingly turn out pretty good. :)

PS, Cancer/Scorpio sex is UNREAL. It's practically 'spiritual'. Cancer can't achieve that same type of feeling with any other sign. Scorpio is the one who ignites that fire and takes Cancer there.
