Question: finishing what you start ? do you tend to be side-tracked into something else, person, interest etc...or plainly get bored and move on to something else ? Reading 10 books at the same time without finishing one etc..that kind of thing ??

Well of course we gemini's are prone to this, and I am no exception. Mars in aries sextiling mercury in gemini.....alot of energy, too many things to use it for. I basically always think, 'well, what's the point in doing one thing at a time when I can do 8 things at once?!' Suppose I can settle down, my taurus moon helps me. But with a concentration of cardinal in my chart, I love starting things and not finishing them. I will start writing something, then not know how to finish it. Also I will be reading something, half way through I'll feel like doing something else. I generally will do things like watch TV while I'm sweeping the floor while I'm on the phone, stuff like that. Alot of times I don't like my answers because I feel I didn't end the right way or I could've done more. I am side-tracked by people alot too. (shakes fist) Why?!!! Why gemini?!!!!

I don't have problems with it, though. It's just sometimes I can't finish what I started and people around me get annoyed.

My stepson is a Gemini and he has a very hard time with commitment and perseverance. A Leo friend of mine with only her moon in Gemini is constantly needing change and gets bored very easily.
So far I have dropped out of five colleges, pursuing five different professions...
I don't have any problem at all. In fact, I want to stay with the same problem or project until it's done. At work, I wonder a lot cause my co-workers works from different places(not in a certain spot, almost everyday). Although I said this, I only moved to another project while I am waiting for ordered parts. As soon as I get my parts, I go back to the same project. I want to let you know that I make sure the job is done right, so I take my time.
Sometimes I daydream while I'm working, so that takes away my boredom, or keeps me from wandering. Oh sometimes I chat with people (got hang up with others, accidentally of course, --lol--) that's because I saw people doing it a "lot", but I am aware of what I'm doing which is no problem. Yeah, I do lots of goofing off also, singing, swistling, dancing(sometimes) you name it. Other then that, I do my work seriously. Did you believe that? ha ha ha ha ha...
I've only got south node in Gemini, Isabelle (as far as I can recall) and I'm guilty of all of those things:(

I'm used to my traits, I have problems with them I like or dislike them depending on the situation. Maybe the ones I dislike the most are being moody and wanting changes, I like those traits but I find them annoying sometimes.
yes i have been guilty of this behavior. i will start on a project whether it's at work or home and move onto something else during the completion of the first task. for some odd reason i work well handling multiple projects and the result are amazingly positive (i surprise myself on how i am able to stay on top of things). this is a bad habit but it works for some and then again it can lead into a diaster filled with chaos.
at times, i can get side-tracked and back on track with things.
everyone has their own methods in getting things done......
I think it is true that I'm always changing! I have problem reaching any decisions. ( my mind always wanders)
And yeah, I'd like to take on a lot of work to finally realize that I couldn't manage them all. I think Gemini is not that all talent with versatile ability like some people have said.

Quite often misunderstood or I can speak out of turn or scream very loud if I don't get my way, but I rarely have to worry about that !! ; ]
People think I'm mysterious or one not to be trusted, but it's not true at all. I actually don't know any one as honest and respective when asked to be so.
I've also been told I need to "Grow up" multiple times but we all probably hear that from time to time. I have Capricorn Moon and Leo rising. I think that makes me very independant but yet charming, and self-willed even though I wish in my heart that I had more of a "literal" family in my life..... Anyways, you are so not alone ! it's easy to get caught up in ireelevant things that bog up the true meaning of what we want, sometimes.
I am pretty disappointed of losses early on in my life I've had many, but to look back and think of what that means, is that there is never a better time than Now to acheive that which u wish for yourself and your life. We're constantly soul-searching, whether we should like it, or not! So make the best of it!!!! <3 Gemini.

When I get bored with one I work on another one or start another one.

Isabelle: Trust me, a gemini Asc is MORE than enough to have all the gemini traits. you should be grateful that you're lucky enough to have gemini anything in you. =).
Gemini moon/north node here. I don't have a problem finishing things, but rarely do I do one thing at a time. Generally I do roughly 3-5 things at once (probably more). Sun is in Scorpio/Mercury, so it will all get done, and very completely; but my mind needs to give attention to all that is in front of me, which means my hands have to be on everything that is on my mind. I thought this was normal for everyone, believe it or not.
