Now, if you are angry, that's because you must have a good reason and whoever slighted you, God protect him or her. They are in for some rough times ahead. :)

I say do whatever it is in your life that makes you most happy. No matter what. For me, it's listening to music. It always cheers me up. Maybe put on a good song or CD. Or if that's not your thing then do whatever is. Avoid sweets......
