I need to know the palce of birth too. The first thing I do is consult a book of Tables of Houses, and it is set up by latitude and longitude. Next, I consult an ephemeris that has positions of all planets for a given year. It shows tthem by Greenwich Time, so I must convert that to the time where your daughter will be born.
