Well, basically, I was thinking that Scarlett should be a Libra...too many marriages and she was pretty, too. She obviously liked helping other people.
As for Rhett,hmm..yes, I have to agree about the Gemini part- smart, charming enough with words and some kind of fortune-seeker...
I have never thought about the rest, though, but, I think you got them right.

I would agree with u about most of the characters, except I think Rhett is Aries, Scarlett a Libra! Good question, btw.., a little strange, but I like it!!! lol
Margaret Mitchel was an astrologer. The characters were based on astrology. Astrological themes throughout the book. Scarlett was an Aries. Rhett, a Leo. Scarlett's father a Taurus. Tara was a reference to Taurus. 12 Oakes where the opening scene took place referred to the zodiac. The twins were Gemini. Either Melanie or Ashley was Libra. It's been 10 yrs since I've had this discussion. I think the mammy was Cancer and Prissy was Virgo. Mr Kennedy (Scarlett's 2nd husband) was Capricorn. There is more that I can't remember.
