Question: I know pisces is the last sign. But what does it mean by completion. I understand that it ends with pisces so it is completed. What is it about pisces that is supose to be completed?

The Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac so all of the other elements (Fire, Earth, Air & Water) in their appropriate aspects (Cardinal, Fixed and Mutable) have gone before. The Wheel of the Year is complete with the 12th sign. Spring works as New Years so the wheel turns until it starts again. This cycle is a mirror to the larger cycle of the stars through the Great Cycles in the sky each lasting 2160 years each or 26,320 years in total. So as above so below. It is the microcosm mirroring the macrocosm. And the wheel turns :)
