Question: I'm particularly interested in what kind of people I'm compatible with, as far as personality goes a little more then pieces/cancer star signs.

For a good compatibility analysis, you can go to astro.com. That site has some very good stuff in terms of love and relationship analysis. I can give a more broad overview based on your chart, but for something more detailed try astro. It does look like the cafeastrology page has intrpreted quite a bit though.
With both venus and mars in capricorn, it seems that you want a partner who is stable and secure. Someone who can provide financially, but maybe not always emotionally. You're extremely loyal once you trust someone, but you aren't much for mushy romantic endeavors; you prefer a more "matter-of-fact" approach. You want a partner who has experience in love; you don't want to have to play teacher. If you do have to "teach", you need a willing and dedicated student. Your energy is very well-channeled, and you can make concrete projects with ease. Your high success rate may lead to being too full of yourself, but as long as you don't become "too" confident, your ideals will be put to good use. You are ambitious, and if you begin to fall, you will wait until you can make an unforgettable comeback.
You ask about "aspects", and I'm not sure what you know about the aspects, or at least the hard ones anyway. Aspects can truly make or break a chart. If there are many stressful aspects (squares, oppositions, and some conjunctions) then things will ultimately be harder on the person to express their charts energies positively. On the other hand, if there are many positive aspects in a chart, it will be easier to express the charts energies positively. It appears that you have quite a few postive aspects (trines and sextiles, as well as some conjunctions) and not many strong negative aspects. Pluto is the ruler of your chart (scorpio rising) and its aspects should be examined the closest of all planets. It makes a close square with mars and a very wide square with the moon and two sextiles: one with venus, the other with neptune. These aspects indicate the following:
Moon square Pluto (weak orb): You are often too intense and need to slow down. You may burn your bridges all to often. Learn to use these intense emotions to bring about positive changes in your life.
Mars square Pluto: This aspect is in fact one of the hardest that can be found within a chart. Your anger and sex drive are very well pronounced. When someone pushes you, you don't push back....you explode. Understanding this square leads to overcoming it. Learn to be self-aware and get your temper under control. If you can do this, you can use this energy to accomplish great things, particularly through transformations.
Venus sextile Pluto: Love helps you change and regenerate most. Your intuition is your best friend in romance, and when you choose to commit, you look for a deep spiritual connection. You are not interested in just a relationship; you want a soul-changing experience. Your sex drive is strong and you may inherit much from others materialistically.
Neptune sextile Pluto: This is found in everyone born from about 1982 to 1993, and in charts where neptune or pluto is significant, it indicates great spiritual involvement. The occult fascinates you and you may study it at some point in your life.

Edit: It seems I forgot about juno. It is in virgo in the 10th house. This indicates that you, even if you have a partner, are married to your career. If you don't have a steady "career" and instead sort of float from job to job, you will feel incomplete. You need to have a constant vocation; something you can consistantly do. However, with it being in virgo, even though you strongly will need a career, you will also need a partner. But not just any partner; someone that will be sort of a teammate. You want things within the relationships to be fair and you believe in both of you doing a fair amount of work to keep the relationship going. Virgos look for their soul mate; when they've found "the one" they will do anything to keep the relationship healthy, even sacrifice their own needs and desires. You may feel this way at times, so you need a partner who understands. Juno's aspects indicate relationship happiness; bad aspects decrease the chances of good relationships, good aspects do the opposite. Juno squares neptune and venus, trines mars, and sextiles the sun. The squares will be problematic. They indicate trouble with romance; idealism is hard to find from a partner. You may be with someone because you pity them, but this is not a good thing at all. Avoid being with someone because you wish to save them. On the positive side, the trine to mars indicates happy sexual partners. Also, you and your partner are able to use your energies collectively, resulting in positive actions. well Lovely, the aspects to pay attention to are, of course, your sun sign (which is Scorpio), your Ascendant (Scorpio) and your Moon (Leo). when it comes to compatibility you look to the sign and planets in the 7th house of one-on-one relationships ( you have Taurus placed here)
Well, well, no one can accuse you of being dull. your double scorpio energy is quite a challenge! whatever you are passionate about at the moment will consume your world!
Having your moon in Leo makes you a spotlight hog! don't take that as an insult, I have moon in Leo also so I know! I am a total attention whore. LOL The moons placement indicates how we feel in our inner heart. Moon in Leo gives us a penchant for wanting to be the center of our lover's world. a princess, we need to be needed. One other aspect that many people overlook when considering personal development is a little known planetoid called Chiron. Without getting too wordy: Chiron's placement indicates a wounding to our soul which we carry over from the past ( could be our immediate past or a past lifetime)... Chiron is placed in Gemini in your chart. Gemini is the sign of communication, information exchange (Learning), messages, travel and speed. Somewhere, you were hurt in this area, indicating to me that you have trouble communicating yourself to others. In the past (again i cant tell if its the past of this life time or a pastlife) you were persecuted for speaking (Gemini rules communication and learning). I believe this may have manifested as a learning disability, a fear of speaking, or even a stutter as Chiron suggests hardships and struggles in this area.

--The most advantageous position in your chart, in my opinion, is your Jupiter...your Jupiter is where you get your good luck, and your good luck is in Capricorn-business, government, or military...
Almost all your other positions support this: your Scorp sun and Asc are great for business..your Leo moon is made for leadership...your Merc in Sag supports common sense and optimism...all great for business and team work...your Venus and Mars in Cap, again...all support it...And your Ascendant node in Taurus indicates an accumulation of money over the long term..
You have two troubling aspects...Saturn con Sun, and Saturn con Asc, which will work to undermine your self worth in this life...those two aspects tend to really keep you from expressing yourself and lend to depression...it's really important in this lifetime for you to overcome those two to meet your life's mission (see below)...and you can overcome them by following your Jupiter's advice..

I always like to look at Mercury for friends...Mercury is how you think and how you communicate, and people who can most click with you there will be good buds..so with a Merc in Sag, you will click nicely with most fire signs...links nicely with your Leo Moon, too..
For love, a fire sign sun will eventually tick you off unless the partner's moon is in a water sign..that provides the classic, lovely "criss cross" compatibility of good partners...So a Fire Sun/Water Moon will work well. Also, with Venus in Capricorn, a Capricorn is also a logical choice. Your Juno indicates who you will eventually partner with (not necessarily who you are attracted to...) and your Juno is in the hardworking sign of Virgo...so the classic Virgo characteristics are what you should expect from your mate...

You can also look to your Ascendant node (in Taurus) to pinpoint your "destiny" in this life...the life lesson you are supposed to learn in this life time...and Taurus is all about developing an understanding of your self-worth...so this is an excellent question for you to be asking!

The most imporant aspect is the 2nd house and Sagittarius. Ruler of Ascendant is in 2nd.
Right off the bat, it makes you act impulsively and without reflection in financial matters. Its your way or the highway.
Also, because your ruler is in 2nd, it shows that your most important concern will be to make money and money matters.
The Sun conj Saturn concerns more your father than yourself since we can see your parents in your chart.
