any planet conjunct the ascendant is special, but the conjunctions that are strong (degrees) are the ones that change your life.
mars in 6th house could indicate a busy job, accident prone work environment, or just plain active career - where you have to be competitive - conjuncting the 7th house, could mean you attract competitive, aggressive mates.
It tells me that you are putting way too much into your horoscope. I hope you aren't one of those fanatical people who won't make a move without consulting an astrologer before you get out of bed.
