First of all you can click on the email and look down on the page and see if it says "Unsubscribe" anywhere there.
If that doesn't work then, second you can do is go to their website, if it says it on their email or you know it, and look for unsubscribe link anywhere there. If you can do that then the third option you have is marking it spam. Whatever email you use, it should have it. For example I use Yahoo! (obviously lol) and I press check at the left of it and then click spam at the top. It then goes straight to spam folder.

then you put in your email address and they should take you off their list
