There are many sites online that has sample charts to show you how to read your chart. the jist of it pretty much is: There are 12 houses(or sections on the chart) each house stands for a different part of your life(as in relationships or goals) find sample charts online to compare your houses to what they stand for

Shelby posted a very good site. Astrology.com is quite accurate, also, astro.com is very good as well.
The are 12 houses, each representing a different area of life. It's like this: planets represent how we express a certain energy, house represent what area of life we choose to express those energies in. For example, the moon in pisces in the 9th house means that the person has "piscean" energy expressed through sprituality, higher mind, travel, philosophy, and all of the 9th house energies. The ascendant is the the far left, and in most charts, is in bold. This is a critical point in any birthchart. Also, the midheaven, or MC for short, is just a important of a point. The ascendant sign is also called the "rising" sign, and it pertains to the persona, outward appearance, views of society, and in general, what we show others we don't know. The MC is ambitions, our "drive". Also, it's associated with one's career.
So, it seems you need some books and some sites to help you with interpretations. Again, astrology.com and astro.com are very good. Also, try researching with books. They are very helpful and many books will go more in depth than any website.
