Chiron actually has quite an impact in our charts. Represented by the Wounded Healer who ironically could not heal himself, thje sign and House placement shows us where we have to do our own healing first before we are able to establish meaningful relationships with others. If they are prediominantly found in the water signs, this implies that healing has to be done on the inner level, those to do with emotions and feelings. There are certainly issues to work out first pertaining to the family.past/maternal figure (Cancer), sexual union/others' possessions (Scorpio) or subconscious mind/humanitarian instincts/empathy (Pisces).
Because these asteroids are not considered an integral part of the solar system, theyir significance has been diminished in the traditional study of Astrology. However, i believe they all still have their small part to play in shaping our personality.
