Well, I guess in a way it is good to see how he handles these types of situations now while you are only bf & gf.
Virgos can be unsympathetic, uncompassionate, and cold, especially when the situation doesn't concern them directly. They will choose to completely separate themselves from the situation so they won't have to deal with it. I think you should scrutinize the reasons why he is treating you in such an uncaring manner and when you feel better--act on it and don't try to justify it! Don't expect him to change or for his behavior to get better. I think he is showing you more than you care to realize at this time. I don't see a great future in this relationship. Can you imagine having his child in the hospital while he's off fishing or something?
Well, firstly, It sounds like it has more to do with, than just him being a virgo. Does he even really care about you? Sometimes big events in a person's life can change them temporarily... sometimes permnantly. Just be upfront with him, and show him that you are concerned that he is acting this way.
