Upset Pisces?!


Question: Im a pisces, and I'm starting to get real angry, because I'm around so much negativety it's irritating me. I have a annoying room mate, I can't stand being in the room. I almost got into a confrontation with somebody else. I'm trying real hard to keep my composure, because if I snap I might go to far. Can somebody help me, because I'm observing to much stuff and it's real hard. What should I do?

as a water sign, we seem to get stressed alot and because we sense feelings of other people more than anyone elsewe're the most emotional and sensitive signs along with cancer, we feel their pressure, im the same and im a scorpio. if someone is pissed i am too. and stop observing! i think you maybe lacking concentration and focus, you need some good sleep. my picses friends are the same they always look on the bad side and think their life is hell, and as usual moi is der!! :D i'll tell u exctly wat i tell them, and thats if your life is not going good at the moment because of a situation, change some bits of the situation, and your life will change too, dont keep thinking negative, because it becomes a habit, you need to do something that makes you happy, maybe you need a good friend with you to keep you company, relax with them more and you'll feel the warmth and security from your friends, whats triggering anger in your life, could it be work or education? dont stress, try yoga! lol it helps me . . . . trust me, all that breathing and thinkin really relaxes me, do it in the morning, i get angry easily and i do yoga for 30 mins straight away when i wake up and then go for a run for about 20-30 mins, get some exercise, drink lots of water-8 glasses a day, and make sure you sleep well8-10 hours, try this for a week and truust me you WILL feel a difference. do this everyday for a week and soon you'l b da sweet picses again, its just your lifestyle. make sure you build a good sleeping habit, like going to sleep at a certain time everyday and waking up at the same time everyday, but make sure you exercise everyday!

go for a walk

You have two choices:
1)You can either distance yourself from the negativity around you, or..
2) You can make the conscious effort in your mind that you will not allow the negativity around you to affect you. This will work if you make that conscious choice to build an invisible wall around yourself.

With all that in mind, I would also suggest you take some time each morning or afternoon, even five minutes, to find a peaceful place and just gather your reserves and energy and not allow other people to drain you, cuz they will IF YOU LET THEM.

I'm pisces too and I find that I feed off other peoples emotions... unfortunately. So if someone I live with is having a bad time or is super stressed it has a big impact on me. I've found that I either just have to leave the room, or just be upfront and say you can't be around them at the moment. It all depends on how that person is going to take it? It's not easy. But if it's to the point of making YOUR life a misery too then you just gotta get outta there!!

Pisces is like an emotional sponge, you just cant help but relate, and emotionaly charged scenes and situations can be exhausting for you.

music, listen to some music and it will help a lot and change the mood.

see what happened, you almost blew all your anger on somebody else, pisces sometimes need to know when to say what they feel. it just keeps piling up if you keep it inside, your not trying to hurt him, just telling him how you feel, trust me do this and youll feel a lot better, and your room mate would be more behaved.

Can you find another roommate? I would try to surround myself with positive people, being a Pisces myself and knowing how easy it is to be brought down by other's negativity. Headphones might help in the meantime in your room or engrossing yourself in some interesting reading material and ignoring rude comments. Remember, people will stop trying to get your goat if you don't respond.
