I'm a Cancer (June 29th) and feel I'm very giving, often too much.
Cancerian men are notoriously stingy and greedy, but are supposed to know how to invest. Not all Cancerians are like that (i'm horrible with money and once gave $15 away to a bum). But for the most part most adult Cancerians are very cheap, but sure can stretch a dollar.
My girlfriend is a cancer... she is extremely frugal... down to the penny.
They are pretty money smart and that means keeping theirs and spending yours. A really generous male sign is Libra or Aquarius. But you have to tell a guy how to treat you. Say something like Are you going to get me a soda today? And see how he reacts. If he acts like it is going to kill him to do that then realize he is a penny pinching jerk. You should not have to offer him things and pay too. You don't want to end up with a selfish, dependent baby for life. In a relationship both people have to be generous and giving, not just you. I think truly depends of the person.. I have a cancer male friend and when we go out he pays for me...i don't ask for it but he has on several occasions...but then again it's because he likes me...another one i knew was not cheap at all....i know that cancers are pretty careful with their money they like to save it and all but from my experiences they haven't been cheap...sorry to hear that though..
I agree with the lizzie lady above. I too know a cancer man that always pays for me when we go out. I simply think that cancer men are on one end of the spectrum or the other, really generous or really tight, money or otherwise.

my dad is cancer and i can tell you that he was never selfish not with us. My mother told me that we were hungry and he did;nt had money he went out to find money to feeds us that tells how much he care about his family. Second My ex was cancer he was so nice he always pay and he gave me money from his paycheck witch i never ask for the money but he would give it to me just to pay something or save it so not all cancer male are the same. good luck to you
