Sagittarius is a fun, fiery sign... and having a moon in Aquarius probably adds to this a bit. Aquarius is an air sign--- which "feeds the flames" of the Sag influence.
Normally, I would say not to expect too much intensity from him because the Aquarian Moon--- Aquarius is a rather "detached" sign and the Moon is the planet of emotions--- but the Mercury (planet of communication) in Scorpio means that he definitely has the ability to communicate with intensity.

Well, he's probably very imaginative and has a weird interest in people. He has flamboyant moments but otherwise might put people off.
