The best one I could think of:
Cancer rising- Scorpios want secureness and Cancer's clingyness can fufill Scorpio's needs.
Leo sun- Libra and Leo make a good match because Libra is easy to get along with and Leo can relax with the company of a Libra.
Sagittarius moon-Gemini moon people love to talk, and Sagittarians are great listeners.
The worst one I could think of:
Aries rising- They are too energetic and independent for a Scorpio, who crave secureness.
Cancer sun- Cancer is too temperamental and possessive for an airy Libra.
Scorpio moon- Geminis speak their mind and would get frusterated over how Scorpios keep their emotions deep inside. Especially if that person's moon is in Scorpio.

Just based on that I'd say you'd be best with Geminis and Sagittarians. You could get along with Aries and Libras. You might have trouble or get along great with Leos and Aquarians. You'd have to watch out for Cancers and Capricorns. Just keep in mind that it's just astrology and it is not 100% right.
