Question: So I was born on November 15, 1984 at 6:35 AM in Kiev, Ukraine. I know i'm supposed to have very strong personality traits, but i don't feel that way at all.
I heard that a lot of planets influence you at time of birth, can someone explain it please?

My answer is...you just WAIT......
You're Mars in Capricorn gives you considerable reserve and is a "slow mover" as far as power and self expression is concerned...
