CRUELEST- I would guess capricorn. Some really lack emotions.
MOST JEALOUS- Pisces. They want all the attention and their date to themselves.
LAZIEST- Libra. They are rather easygoing people.
DEPENDENT- Pisces. They need people so much.
Cruelest- Cancer, they can be very, very, very mean people, I have an aunt who is a Cancer, my ex-boss is a Cancer, and I've dated about three Cancers and let me tell you they are ALL jerks.
Most Jealous- Scorpio, believe me, just take your eyes off one and see what I mean (have been with a Scorpio for the past three years)
Laziest- Sagittarius/Leo/Libra- I'm a Leo and admit I'm lazy, Sagis and Libras too can be pretty darn lazy, we're more laid back signs
Dependent- Cancer- they depend on others for EVERYTHING, trust me most of them are no good, Taurus can also be that way too

Cruelest : I dont think any particular sign is the cruelest, but in term of being too cold and emotionless, sometimes Capricorns top the chart .
Most Jealous : Cancer,Taurus,Aries,Leo,Libra,Scorpio,Ca... are jealous, but I think Leo gets the cake here. I know one Leo thats blindly jealous that she did not even want her boyfriend go out with his guy friends whose girlfriends also come along. According to her , a presence of any female that is not her is dangerous and not acceptable. Sadly enough,her boyfriend obliged
Laziest : Libra and Pisces , they are equal. Libra is ruled by Venus, and they may spend time indulging in fine things and deciding things but actually not doing anything. Pisces sometimes is to dreamy to put the thoughts into actions.
Dependent : Financially dependent : Aries, Sagi ,Libra,Aquarius.These signs like spending money rather than saving or earning them. Emotionally dependent : Cancer, pisces.
i disagree with the general opinion that capricorns are the cruelest sign. while they arent very emotional they dont look to hurt people. on the other hand, once aries is started, its hard 4 them to stop.

CRUELEST- Taurus, because one Taurus woman I know holds a grudge against me for no reason.

cruelest - libra after you break their heart, trust me. but other than that, i haven't really noticed a sign because particurally cruel.
most jealous - i won't say scorpio because i don't think i'm a very jealous person. i noticed that pisces gets jealous often, and cancer but that might only be when they like you.
laziest - me, i'm really lazy lol.
dependent - probably cancer & pisces - i'm extremely good friends with both and they are always depending on me, so that's a personal expierence.
Cruelest: Aquarius. I'm one and even though we don't have cruel intentions, we seem to come off as cruel because of our emotional detatched nature and our bluntly honest remarks and opinions.
Most Jealous: Scorpio. They're known for being jealous.
Laziest: Leo. I know a few of them and they are all very lazy and procrastinate. I still love them, though!
Dependent: Cancer and Pisces. They're both very emotional signs and love having the security of being in a relationship where they're emotionally dependent on the other person.
