Have you tried calling or texting him. I'm an Aquarian as well. I never really call or email people unless they initiate it. I respond but don't start up the dialogue. If you like him and want to stay in contact with him you'll probably have to make the step forwards.

Aquarians want to be friends with everyone and Geminis need excitement from stimulating conversation. This combination can be one of the best especially if they both have planets like Venus (love) and Mars (desires) in compatible signs. If not it may be that the Aquarian disappears to be with their friends leaving the Gemini looking elsewhere for entertainment. This relationship will be hard work but if they are prepared to work at it Aquarians can learn that being in a relationship doesn't mean you have to give up your friends and Geminis can learn to accept that there is more to life than just playing games.

That's so crazy. I'm Aquarius and a Gemini guy pulled the same thing with me. When things started to get serious he said that he just wanted to be friends. I was cool with that but for TWO weeks I didn't hear anything from him. Then out of the blue one day he started dropping by but by then I was annoyed with him and his games. I'm not sure if this is the case with you and your friend but I wonder if this is how female and male air signs interact with each other? Justin (the guy above me) did make a good point about Aquarians though. I don't call any of my friends either but when they call me I always have a ton of things to say and talk about. We're weird like that. In the beginning of all my friendships they always complained that I never called enough. Now that they know me they know that that's just how I am. So it could just be that he's being an Aquarian. If you give him a call and he still acts distant then I would just say forget about him. If you call and he's really chatty then you'll know it's nothing personal. Good luck!
