I know someone who was born on February 29th, 1984. This will be his 7th actual birthday. He usually just celebrates on February 28th or March 1st normally.
I think it would be pretty neat to be a Leap Year Baby. Very unusual!
My dad is born on February 29th, and I don't know how he celebrates his birthday or if he feels special because he never talks to me.=)
