The next leap Year would be in 4 years. Well, you could have your birthday the day before, or like other people said, March 1st, but im not sure how they got that. LOL. It is kinda wierd, because the people born on a Leap Year, Febrauy 29, they are 1/4 of thier age. Like, a girl would be, ( by counting number of birthdays, 24 years old, but if her birthday was not on that day, she would be 96) Wouldn't that be wierd. ( And also, if a girl was 8 years of age, by number of years, she would be 8, but by number of birthday, she would be only two) Freaky Huh?
well i think you mean February 29...because there's no February 30. But, they really only have a birthday every 4 years. However many people celebrate it on February 28.

Four years from now, they will be 4 years older. Every year after that, they shall age another.
they wouldn't be able to turn the age they think they are. I know somebody that was born yesterday and she probably could have born in a leap year but i don't know. If you want to do the math and figure out if the year 1980 was a leap year go ahead.
