Question: I have a question for astrologers..
Some say depending on the placement & aspects the Ascendant may dominate the whole chart & have more effect more so than the Sun is that true?
Which has more influence over my natal chart?

Hello! Your link worked this time, so let's try this again. It looks to me like your sun and rising signs actually are even! You sun sextiles your rising sign, which means that they work together to make a more complete and even personality, rather than a dualing personality. This works to your benefit, and I would consider yourself lucky to have such evenness in your chart. BUUUUUUT....yes, there's always a but....your sun sign is virgo with a rising sign of scorpio. This can cause you to have a conflicting inner personality. You may struggle with addictions or obssessions and can't figure out why. You also may be the type who just sits around when you know you need to get to work; a procrastinator. This may bother the heck out of you too. Your moon being in taurus does not help this either. This will cause you to procrastinate even more, and you will feel a conflicting feeling inside a lot. I guess we could call it anxiety.
