Pisces are the most prone to drugs and alcohol. The problem is that when Pisces gets in a rut and there is no one to lift them out of it, they are so sensitive and over emotional that they will find release in this.
As for gambling, Sagittarius are really addictive and love the bottle also.

Pisces, but it does not necessarily mean a Pisces sun. I look for what is on the cusp of the 6th house and what is in the 6th house. If Pisces is on the cusp there or if Neptune is in the 6th house, red flags immediately go up for me that there may be a drug problem. Now, if Sagittarius is on the cusp or Jupiter is in the 6th house, I think excess of any kind but mostly overweight. Venus in the 6th house or Taurus on the cusp of the 6th house also indicates overweight. I have never ever seen an overweight person with Gemini or Aquarius on the cusp of the 6th house. If I did, I would seriously question the birth information.

I have a lot of Pisces in my family who have REALLY addictive personalities, maybe it's just genetics. Scorpios can also become quite dependent on substances, sex, gambling, etc but are better able to stop whereas Pisces often get trapped.
