Just to break the mould, I'm gonna say all sun signs...except they must give the Virgo a chance. I believe of all the sun signs that although Virgo is the regimented one that sticks to routines, etc, all sun signs could do with a dose of Virgo to anchor themselves, and show what sticking to projects and routines can do for people in their lives.
I have found Virgos to be very supportive and encouraging in my life and although they may come across cool and disciplined, they are full of warmth and hold onto a lost love for a very long time covering their pain. They're loyal and dependable when you need a helping hand. Just all sun signs may not be capable of giving them a chance or require more excitement.
As for normal compatibility description between signs we say that Virgo goes best with Cancer, Scorpio and Sagittarius. I'm a pisces and my hubby's a virgo...when we clash it is major...but when we get on it on it's major....i find him to 'retentive' and he finds me too 'easy going' we differ a lot but we manage to make it work! he worries too much and i hardly do.
