Do you believe the predictions contained within your horoscope?!

Question: Newspaper horoscopes are calculated using the entire days of the sign. The predictions are not accurate at all.

A true horoscope is calculated using the exact date, time, latitude and longitude of your birth.

no its a load of crap, i read it though q funny

Nope not at all. I do occasionally read it all the same though.

no but its cool to read

No..thats cuckoo land stuff.

No because I am a serious astrologer and know how they calculate the ones put in newspapers and magazines and I know them to be useless.

nope, you can pretty much guarantee things like "you'll come into some money" being a horoscope on the last working day of the month.... payday for most people. It's a load of old tosh!

There's several questions of this nature already posted. You might find some of the other discussions interesting. Please see link below.

No. How can a million people have the same horoscope?

I take astrology very seriously, but I do not read my horoscope in daily newspapers. They are, to my mind, so generalised that they are bound to fit someone! A way of assessing trends in a person's life is to take their natal birth chart (i.e. a chart showing all the planets' positions, including the rising sign, at the exact moment they were born) and then to progress their chart, using the day for a year method. Very simply, one day's planetary movement equals a year in a person's life. For example, if a person was born on 8th March 1992 and wanted to see which trends were in place when they were, say 30 years old, they would simply count on 30 days from their date of birth and look up the planets positions for 7th April 1992. A professional astrologer would be able to tell them, using this method, what indications would be happening in their life, for example, the astrologer might say "there will be a lot of planetary activity happening in House 7 of your chart, so this would be a good time to form new relationships with people". Or they might say that Mars has moved into the 9th house of their chart, which would indicate a good time to travel.
So going back to your original questions, I NEVER read my horoscope in daily papers, but use my birth chart and progressions as a better, more accurate guide.
I hope this answers your question.

Not at all. newspaper horoscopes are far to general. You can't put everyone into 12 catergories. The best horoscopes are ones drawn by professionals for individuals.

sometimes

good evening SKYCAT :-)

No not really although sometimes i do have a read just to see what they said,

But in all fairness what ever the horoscopes say they are bound to ring true for someone,
Lets face it how many of us are there around the world??

?Midnight~Angel?

noway ! How could one sign like Leo for instance describe the millions of people born under that sign .If it were true every Leo would be the same like the same person born over and over. It's silly but it's fun to read .

some not all, but i do my tarot on myself and follow that advice.

Sometimes me wonders if it is true or false because I would read the horoscopes after the day was threw. Sometimes what the horoscope said did happen at least 30% of it.

Consider the following...
