Yes.There are 3 types of Horoscopes.Fixed { 2,5,8,11} ,
Dual,{3,6,9,12}and movable{1,4,7,10}. Fixed one is the hardest to fix, dual one will fix but after some efforts.{Poojas etc.}And movable is easiest to fix. Means thru,mantras,
Yagyas,poojas we can change the bad influence of planets and achieve success in life.It all depends on it. First see which type of horoscope do you have?
If you have dual birth chart with Fixed Navamsa chart then it will be very hard to fix Navamsa ,which is very important because it is "Karma Phal" . But if you have Movable Navamsa then you can change your planets easily.
