When you have astro. signs in their home planets, what does that mean?!
Question: for example, i have a couple signs in their home planets on my natal chart, and was wondering if any positive features come with that?

You have backward, really planet in home sign, that make them stronger. You mean have Mercury in Gemini, Moon in cancer (that correct), pluto in scorpio.
Planets are not the same as zodiac signs. Planets are the main actors on stage, while zodiac signs provide the backdrop to the action. When you have planets in their 'natural' signs, the energies become harmonious, at ease and intensified all at the same time.
This is definitely a positive thing as the planetary energies blend well with the traits associated with those signs. However, you may have to watch out for 'over-exaggeration' of that sign's traits. e.g. Moon in Cancer is traditionally considered a favorable placement as it gives you a very empathetic, emotional disposition. But the Moon is also an erratic planetary body so when the 2 combine, there may be heightened feelings of oversensitivity, overt fears of rejection, drastic mood swings etc.
