Can cancer and scorpio actually get along without hating each other for real?!
Question: I know they say cancer and scorpios are a great match being both water signs and all..., BUT, I see alot of cancers and scorpios fighting, and in a very bad way.
they are both so sensitive that they constantly offend each other when they say things, and both have a cruel streak... for two signs that are so easily hurt, they end up always hurting each other's feelings, and due to scorpios sting and cancer's mean jokes, how can they really get along??

It takes a very special person to appreciate a cancer. Alot of the time, cancer goes unappreciated because their desire and need is to nurture. One reason why scorpio may not like cancer is because scorpio likes the thrill and sexual exploits.. cancer, is more motherly than sexual.
Cancer is clingy, and loves to feed, while scorpio is power driven and loves to dominate. By that it should be an ace combo, but then it is. They don't get along only because their attutudes are different. But on an emptional level, cancer and scorpio are well matched.
I see alot of scorpios with leos and arians - those are good combis as well, slightly more so if the scorpion loves a challenge. Cancer and pisces are passive and can use passive agressiveness as a tactic - while the fire signs are upfront and ready for a fight, which scorpios admire.
Scorpio and an Air sign is a mistake, but alot of them get together to torture each other. If you ask me, a tryout with a fellow water sign is way better than air. One or both get trapped in a frustrated web.
I'm glad to see your question. I'm so sick of seeing people pairing Scorpios and Cancers like they are some dream team. Makes me want to retch. Same with Scorpio and Pisces. It has way more to do with individual charts.
I'm a Cancer and I admire Scorpios. While Cancers are rather emotional, both Scorpios and some Cancerians learn to keep a stiff upper lip and work off each other's words.
well i m a cancer and my bf for over a year is a scorpio. we do tend to argue sometimes but it's usually it's about little things. idk, i guess everyone has different opinions by experience or by their surroundings. all i know is that he loves me and i love him. at the end of the day it really does not matter what your zodiac sign is. =) it just matters if you have a great communication to that person

WOW thats a good point! I never looked at it like that. I know a Cancer and a Scorpio that I would imagine could be as you say. The Cancer is a tender heart and saddens EASILY! The Scorpio is Emotional, so it would be very interesting to see if it did work!

I have been with my Scorpio man for a little over twelve years and it has not been easy, no not at all. It has been a struggle and it seems like it has been worse since we have been married, (only a month). I understand why you would ask that, there is something about him that draws me in. He says the same about me, Scorpios like a challenge, my moods challenge him to constantly try to win my approval. Scorpios are the irritaters of the zodiac, they will purposely say things just to sit back and watch the havoc they have caused, over the years i have learned not to take it personally and not to let him get the satisfaction, i ignore a lot of what he says. He quickly gets bored and stops. My moods constantly change, and that drives him crazy but he is used to it I think. The good times definitely out weigh the bad, I can't think of anyone else I would rather have then my Scorpio.

As you know, I'm a Scorpio. Cancer is my worst match all around. We are on just a completely different wavelength. I can't even explain it. Cancer's clinginess is like nails on a chalk board to me. They just won't go away. Even if there is a mutual dislike, they just keep stalking me. I do not click with them, and our attitudes are just different. What I've noticed personally also is that Scorpios tend to move quick, while Cancers stroll, and will never, ever be rushed. Also, as a Scorpio, my cooking is hit or miss. Lately, quite good, but that can change. Cancers are usually great cooks.
I have met a couple of Cancers that are quite cordial; however, I'm not close with any Cancers. There are a couple on here - Hummer and Val, that are always really cool. So there's hope!
