I think stewie has all of the signs in him as for brian and peter I don't think they qualify for signs.

I dunno about Stewie or Brian. But on one of the family guy episodes they mentioned Peter being a Cancer,
The episode when Peter finds out that he's fat and Lois finds out she has a crazy brother that wants to kill fat people. And Peter starts a Fat people organization. In the beginning the doctor tries to scare him with sicknesses and looks at his folder and says something like "It's cancer....well you're a Cancer aren't you, you were born in July" to Peter.
Peter is a Cancer.
It actually says in one of the episodes that he is.
It's the one whre he visits the doctor, and the Dr. says, "So, how's the Cancer? You are a Cancer, right? You were born in July." That also gives the possibility of him being a Leo.
Brian... hmm. I think Brian is either a Gemini or a Virgo. He seems very Mercurian to me, and has a mouth on him. OH OR Maybe a Pisces, since he loves his liquor haha.
And we can all agree that Stewie is a Scorpio. Probably with some Arian placments in there. :)
