Since you are both Leos how about a lion stuffed animal.They even have stuffed animals now with a little clear pocket for a picture you could put in one of you two together.If money isnt a problem you can get her one of those frames that hold those camera cards and change pictures.You could fill one of them up with pictures of the two of you.
Something that you'd describe of her like if shes a artistic person maybe a fancy card flowers would rock, if she loves music get her that album shes been dying to buy.

There are lots of ways to get pretty, affordable jewelery. Ebay generally has 1/2 karat imitation diamond studs that are stunningly pretty for $10 with shipping. When I had my second kid my husband wanted to get me fancy diamonds but i was afraid I would lose one. He went to Macy's and spent $40 on fake ones that I just loved and they looked every bit as fancy as the real ones my friends wore. Just don't let her believe they are genuine if they are not. They are just pretty.
