What do you make of a Pisces man who enjoys talking on the phone but won't..!
Question: ...take a chance and go out with me, or be with me? It's confusing. We went out twice and had a fabulous time. When we talk on the phone, he reminisces about those times. But his head seems to be in the ozone, in dreamland. He also thinks money is a big issue. It's not. I prefer a creative date over an expensive date any day. He also told me his last partner tried to confine him and boss him around. I am not like that, but I would like some consistency.

But for real though...this is definitely typical piscean behavior. Pisces guys play games and a lot of the time it's just their nature, and not intentional. Saying one thing and doing another is normal for a fish. Even when he's deep into a relationship he's gonna be like that, so it takes a woman who doesn't mind this to be with him. The reason for this is because pisces float around in life a lot, unsure of which way is best to go. The world is an open sea to them, every which way looks the same, so how can they decide? If you got time, I say wait for him to come around to his senses. But if your time is precious, good luck! And that's straight up.
