My MC-Midheaven (Future) is empty?!
Question: I have MC 1 degree Aquarius-conjuct Altair ( A benevolent star) but my 10 house Aquarius empty without a planet...is that mean I'm not prominence at my younger ages?

My midheaven is empty as well, it doesn't mean that you won't have a career in the future... Just look at the 10th house ruler, in your case Uranus. Look at what house it is in, which planet or other object it aspects and how it aspects them...
In astrology the belief is we live out of houses unoccupied in our chart. Square aspects are considered challenges and areas we don't like about ourselves and what we must work on in order to achieve harmony. Many contemporary western astrologers ignore stars and asteroids. I would be more interested in knowing where your ascendant, sun, moon, mercury, mars and venus are than just focusing on the MC axis. Also, you must look at what transitting planets are influencing your chart now. Astrology is a complicated and delightful craft when interpreted correctly.
