open a 360 account and follow instructions. Believe me honey, if a numbo like me can do it - anyone can!
Click on your name, go to edit and you will find the 360 link.

It's easy. You have to get a 360 account first. But you need to be over 18 to have it.

Use your same username and password for your THIS account to log in/register.
After creating your 360, Click on the button "My Page" on the toolbar at the top of the page. On the left, there's a button called "Edit personal photos".
Upload your pic and be sure to set it as primary, otherwise it will NOT be displayed on your profile as your avatar on answer.
Plus you need to edit your info HERE (from your Q&A page), and select to display 360 pic, not the avatar.
