I will give you my personal experience.
I (Libra male), she (Capricorn female). Didn't work out too well. She was controlling where I was compromising. Us Librans will relinquish the control to our partner, but realistically we like to secretly maniuplate things in our favor. We're dreamers where they are doers. We like to hold to many options and multitask where Caps stick to one project all the way through. We are loyal and faithful where Caps generally are not.
We stayed together nearly 6 months. It was great for me. I loved her greatly, but I felt suffocated. When she left I took that opportunity to disappear. Because you know us Libras give too many chances.
Now my other experience is through my grandparents. Grandfather is Cap, and Grandmother is Libra. They have been married nearly 50 years. Most of the stress again fell into the Libra. My grandmother went senile around her mid 70s. Everything I said for my situation can apply to hers. Psychiatrists said she endured a lot of stress, possibly due to there being no loyalty or emotional support from her partner.
This relationship can work, but it is extremely rough on the Libra. You have to ask yourself is it really worth it? Me I say yes if you truly love that person, but no if you can't deal with the hardships Caps will place on you.
No. Air is only compatible with Fire (excluding itself), while Earth is paired with Water. I'm honestly telling you, you should avoid Capricorn. Libras are attracted to all things beautiful. Capricorn, though, will usually choose practicality over beauty. This relationship will be short, if it is even possible.

Hi, I'm a Libra woman and I dated 2 incredible Capricorn guys (not together obviously), I'm sorry, but after a while I found they weighed me down too much and I got claustrophobic...
