well, I dont care about that, they always says that taurus and scorpio girls are tomboys, and taurus is an earth sign, and scorpio is Water, And libra girls are sassy and girly and Libra is an Air sign... well it's just an astrological things, i think it's related by the planets, the feminine planets are Venus, Mercury and Earth, and the Masculine are Mars and Saturn and Jupiter, so i think the Signs that been ruled by the planet are feminine and masculine... well I don't think Masculine and Feminine thing effect in your personality...

Libra males tend to be feminine just like Libra females. Sagittarius males tend to be masculine like their sign but the females tend to be masculine too. The Gemini females are opposite their sign; almost always feminine, but the males, masculine. Taurus males and females I've found to be more feminine than anything. Aries men are masculine yet the females very very feminine. Lastly, Capricorn males tend to be masculine, unlike their sign says, and the females, pretty feminine?
