Okay, I don't want to scare you, but our town weirdo was born on that day. He lives in a run down house in the middle of town. They say he abused his mother and ate her Meals On Wheels meals. She died mysteriously. Not sure if they ever found her body. He sits on his porch at night and says he can hear people from blocks away talking about him. He says he can't work because someone will shoot him. He says people try to run over him and dogs try to bite him, but he knows the name and genealogy of every cat within a 5 mile radius and says he has the bones of a cat who used to live in my house and he wants to bury it in my backyard. He sees black wreaths on homes at Christmas time, he sends letters to the single women in town, and he burps and farts in the town library's bathroom and you can hear it while you're checking out books. They say he used to be brilliant but I haven't seen it.
