The best time to try for anything with positive results is within a day or so after a new moon. If you have Capricorn rising, then it will be easier during a new moon in Aries or Taurus. Although with the south node in Leo now, it's really not a good time to get pregnant, as there will be problems. Best to wait a year and a half until it passes..
