Question: What does it mean to have a lot of inner planets / positions / luminaries in the personal signs? (Sun in Gemini, Moon in Taurus, Mercury in Gemini, Venus in Gemini, Mars in Aries, Ascendant in Cancer)
Is there anything positive about the personal orientation in general? It's always described as primitive, self-centered, naive, childish, uninsightful, pre-moral, and conscienceless (like the Freudian Id), compared to the social and universal orientations.

This is an interesting question but do take heart, for based on personal experience, some of the most spiritually enlightened Beings (with a high level of consciousness) I have met have their inner planets in the personal signs (Aries to Virgo) as well.
This doesn't necessarily mean it's negative but perhaps it is more important to focus on yourself and your own inner needs before you focus externally or try to make a contribution to your environment or society. Afterall, one should always start with the self first (as seen in the initiation cycle of Aries) and gain enough self-confidence and awareness.
