He does sound alot like a cancer, I am a cancer and we do tend to be VERY shy and the way the teacher expresses that he is a very kind boy sounds about right. Cancers open up to certain people and only a few know how we truly are, but then again as your friend said when she saw him at a party he was very loud and perverted. lol we can be loud when we are comfortable and having fun. ...just talk to him the only true way to find out his sign is to ask his birthday.

i knew a cancer guy like this for about two years. he was a troubled cancer, however. my taurus friend knew so much about him. she found out that he is a bipolar and has many mental health problems. he always wore his hair down in his face and was always kind of emo/skater. then once i got to know him better i found he was very perverted and said really weird things and got really loud at times.
i think maybe this guy is a troubled cancer as well, because i know many happy cancers who act fairly normal but still have their cancer tendencies.
i am capricorn by the way, and i think he sounds nothing like a capricorn. you're best bet is that he is a cancer. a capricorn would be more likely to be clean cut, and we don't really like perversion or being loud.
