If you are born in September and your a Libra then you are a sapphire but if you are a october libran then you are an opal.
Lol. Here is the honest truth. You do what you want. There is no mystic power that will curse you for not wearing a rock that some people say pertains to you by mere happenstance of coincidence.
My birthstone is the peridot. Get real - the peridot? I don't even think I am saying it right. It's probably "pair o' dough", and I keep saying "pair o' dot". Light green washes out my complexion, and makes me look ashen and pathetic. Big deal. It's for the women. If she wants jewels, she can have them.
I also am a Libra. Our birthstone is an opal. We are in luck because the opal comes in many different colors and hues.
Nothing will happen if you wear something else.
