the first few descriptions fits a libra, but i've met a lot who are cold though they are not clingy. about optimism and cheering people up, a sag can do this. their optimistic view is amazing. you'd feel you can do anything. about loyalty, the fire signs have it (aries, leo, sags) and some earth signs as well. about listening cancer, pisces and aquarius are passionate listeners.
